IMO, real estate is like David in the Investment Platforms, which requires the right precision and timing as part of a consideration. In line with its limited supply and high demand for its purpose is knowing where you stand and where will you be situated in this category. Events that occurred at present the are trying times along with the pandemic situation, it has remained an underdog in the eyes of the many, but still it is considered the real deal when it comes to value, purpose and has always been labeled as a dominant type of investment in the market today locally and for some other countries abroad.
The idea of knowing how to maximize the DAVID of Investment platforms through flexibility and affordability is not mostly seen by majority, True enough there are a lot of other investment platforms out there locally like stocks, Mutual funds, bonds, Traditional business etc. It is boundless and has been proven to be the most needed asset of all time that even fastmoving time and technology can’t make it irrelevant. Moving forward, In this new era due to having limited supply as we can’t produce more land and having the central business district clogged to its core. Vertical structures has been the new game changer or what we know as Condominiums, Imagine having your own piece of prime with the price that is affordable by many especially during its pre-selling period.
