Inner Voice | How to stop “worrying” and be “Happy”

Updated: Nov 11, 2019

We, the human beings generally ………

Live either in the “past”, repenting for not taking the right actions at the right time

Live in the “future” worrying about the incidents, which may or may not happen.

Due to the above paradox, we fail to enjoy our “Present” life.

Today, let us discuss about how to develop the required mind-set, so as to live happily, “always”.

First and the foremost thing is, STOP repenting about the past mistakes / mishaps.

Realize, whatever that was happened in the past, cannot be revoked now.

However, we can take certain measures to avoid the repetitions of the same.

Then, console & tune your mind through a daily pep-talk ………

  • Whatever “happened” was happened for my good only.

  • Whatever “happening”, is happening for my betterment.

  • Whatever would “happen” that will bring good to me.

  • No need to feel gloomy about anything.

Virtually nothing was / is / will be permanent or remains as it is, in this world.

  1. Whatever you created; it was created by taking the resources of this world.

  2. Whatever you had, you had it from this world.

  3. Whatever you lost, it belongs to this world.

  4. Whatever is in your possession now, was in others possession, earlier.

  5. It will go to others possession, in future.

  6. Everything & every situation will change & transformation.

By accepting the above philosophy, we can live in harmony with the Almighty’s other creations in this world.

On the other hand, by misinterpreting this philosophy, if you non-perform / neglect / postpone your mandatory duty, then it will ultimately make your life meaning-less and miserable.

So, let us accept all the happenings with a positive attitude, whatever we can do, let us do it to the best of our ability, leave the rest to Almighty with a firm belief that HE will take care of the balance and everything will bring betterment in our life.

Live and let us help other to live happily.

May Almighty help us all in leading a meaningful, purposeful and peaceful life.
